Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that are displayed/made for a special occasions.If the order is custom-designed with corporate branding, the replaced product may or may not have the same corporate branding.In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer. For product replacements, the user will be shipped a new packet of the same product.The User shall provide adequate information (including photographs) for the Company to take it up with the Courier Company. In case of receipt of damaged product, the User shall report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. ![]() It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help the Company take a decision.
